Cemetery

The Edam Municipal Cemetery is located at SE-7-49-19-W3M

Earth plots may be purchased for $300.00 at the Municipal Office

Columbarium Niches may be purchased for $600.00 each and each niche will hold 2 urns.

Cemetery Rules

1. Interring of ashes must be registered at the Municipal Office
2. No grave covers, concrete boarders or fences will be permitted
3. Pillow headstones are permitted, these shall be on a concrete base level with the ground, base shall be at least 4” larger than headstone all around
4. All graves shall be levelled and grassed within one year
5. Any flower or shrubs must be removed by the end of September
6. Information about locating graves can be obtained at the Municipal Office
